NAIL REPAIRS
Accidents happen! Please contact us to organise a nail repair. Repairs are free of charge up to 7 days after your appointment and are priced based on your requirements after 7 days.
Which level?
Examples of each nail art level can be found on our highlight reel. If you're having trouble choosing, drop us a DM with examples of your chosen nail art and we will help you select the right level. Filling a last minute appointment slot? Select the higher level to ensure your teach has enough time to accommodate your ideas.
Changed your mind?
If we have time to level-up your appointment and fit in more nail art, we will! You will need to pay the additional cost of your new nail art level. If you decide to have less nail art than you booked for, you may still be charged for the level that was booked originally.
Cancellations
We have a strict 24hr cancellation policy. No shows and cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment time will be charged in full.
lateness
Please contact us if you know you are going to be late! Arriving over 10 minutes late for your appointment may results in the cancellation or alteration of your booking. You will still be charged the full appointment cost. We will always do our best to accommodate you!
age restrictions
All nail and beauty services are available to those aged 16 and over. Tooth gem services are available to those aged 18 and over.
Silent appointments
If you would like a silent appointment, please let us know in your booking notes or via DM. We will need to communicate in small ways to ensure we are getting your nail/beauty treatment right, but otherwise we can let you quietly enjoy the service.
booking in
Appointments can be made via our online booking system, which you can find using the 'Book Online' button above or on the 'Book' button on our Insta. If you are having issues booking online please send us a DM.
Patch testing
Patch tests are required for most brow and lash services.* You don't need to book in a patch test, just pop in during our opening hours. It only takes 5 minutes and should be done 48hrs+ prior to your treatment.

*Patch tests are required for the following services: Brow Shape + Tint, Brow Tint, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift + Tint and all Lash Extension Services.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase and are redeemable against all services, but not all retail products.
How to pay
We are cashless! Please pay by card at your appointment. Our online booking system will ask for your card details upon booking, but your card will not be charged unless in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
accessibility
Doll Parts is located in a listed building with stairs leading up to our nail, beauty and tooth gem services. Please message ahead if you have accessibility needs which prevent you from using the stairs. We are more than happy to accommodate you on the ground floor with a little notice. The salon has an accessible entrance and toilet, however may not be suitable for larger chairs. Please get in touch with your requirements and we will try our best to accommodate you.
